This is a critical stage in getting the right look to your uniforms, But don’t worry this is where our expertise comes in. After getting to know your business we will suggest one of the following branding option that will best suit your garments.
Let us show you how great your products can look with customised embroidery.
Embroidery is stitched with a computerised embroidery machine using patterns digitised with embroidery software. Embroidery is used to add logos and monograms to business shirts or jackets, promotional gear and team apparel.
All of our embroidery is performed in-house. This includes our in-house digitising service.
This ensures we have the best prices, great service, pride in our work and fast turnaround times along with the option to prioritise any urgent orders.
Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil to receive a desired image.
One colour is printed at a time, up to a maximum of 6 colours. Several screens can be used to produce a multi-coloured image or design. This is most commonly used on large quantities where there is only a couple of colours involved or on the larger designs.
Digital Transfers are used for branding fabrics and are printed on transfer paper using a digital printing machine, then heat pressed onto the product.
Lead time on art work:
5 item minimum for embroidery (less then 5 items POA)
20 item minimum for screen printing
We pride ourself on fast door to door service.
